Who we are

RaptorLabs is the data controller for personal data processed through raptorcode.dev. Contact us at info@raptorlabs.dev.

What we collect

Website analytics (first-party, privacy-respecting)

We run our own analytics — no third-party advertising trackers. For each page view we record the path visited, the referring site's hostname, a coarse country (derived at the edge), and a device class (desktop, mobile, tablet). We assign a random first-party identifier stored in a cookie so we can count unique visitors and sessions. We do not store your IP address or any directly identifying information, and we do not track you across other websites.

Early-access waitlist

If you request early access, we store the email address and the short description you provide, so we can evaluate and contact you about early access. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse of the form. If you join the early-access waitlist, we store your email address, the platform(s) you signed up for, your browser's user-agent string, and your IP address, so we can notify you when your platform's build is ready and prevent abuse of the form.

AI assistant

If you use the on-site assistant, the questions you submit are processed to generate an answer from our public documentation. Do not submit sensitive or personal information to the assistant.

The RaptorCode product

The RaptorCode application runs on your machine. Your model API key is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Prompts and code you send to your configured model provider are processed by that provider under its terms; see our Security page for details.

Cookies

These are strictly first-party and used for analytics and security only. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use data

  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (aggregate analytics).
  • To evaluate early-access requests and communicate with applicants.
  • To answer questions submitted to the assistant.
  • To secure the site and prevent abuse.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests (privacy-respecting analytics and site security), on your consent where required, and on the steps necessary to respond to your early-access request.

Service providers

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf as infrastructure (hosting, database, bot protection, and AI inference for the assistant). We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Retention

Analytics records are retained only as long as needed for trend analysis and then aggregated or deleted. Early-access and waitlist records are kept for the duration of the early-access program and a reasonable period thereafter, then deleted on request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@raptorlabs.dev. You may also clear cookies in your browser at any time.

International transfers

Our infrastructure operates globally. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on our providers' safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Children

RaptorCode is a professional developer tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
